Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent field with professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years working experienced in maintenance, reliability and PM planner.
- Data analysis, Problem solving, Lean techniques, Proficient in MS-365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of centered maintenance management system(CMMS), machine mechanism and robotic.
- Strong background in Total Preventive Maintenance.
- Knowledge of engineering drawing (GA, Cross Section, Schematics, Single Line, and etc.), AutoCAD/ Solid work, CMMS (SAP preferable), or PLC.
- Experience in Maintenance Risk Assessment, JSEA, Hazardous area classification, Environment and Safety concern related maintenance activities.
- Technical knowledge on: FMECA, Root cause analysis, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Experience of maintenance managing and coordinating for minor/major equipment shutdown or outage maintenance.
- Flexible and being able to work under pressure with good service mind attitude.
- Quick support to solve issues and maintain operations running or on-call support in case of serious problem putting at risk the operation interruption.
- Good Interpersonal skills with the right communication level including a good English (both written and spoken).
- Basic Knowledge of Standard System and energy management system (ISO13485,ISO9001,ISO14971).
