Manager - Manufacturing Operations (Finishing Labs)

The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for directing the manufacture of prescription eyewear in a finishing lab processing up to 1000 jobs per day.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in an ophthalmic laboratory environment
• General computer skills: Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to maintain an even workflow and a motivating work environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills to manage interactions with internal and external customers
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
