Job Description
Oakley is seeking a Licensed Optician to join their team in Miami, FL. As an ambassador for Oakley, the Optician will educate and push the boundaries of what is possible through elevating performance of customers, both on and off the field. The role involves creating an exceptional customer experience, demonstrating superior product knowledge, and fostering an environment of learning among team members.
Requirements
- Current State Optician License
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Knowledge of current optical theory and practices
- 1+ years of retail sales experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room
- Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.
