Job Description
Luxottica is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing activities for North America, encompassing a multi-state environment. The role involves managing a team, maintaining and updating payroll SOPs, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and providing excellent customer service. This is an internal, contract position with a commitment to fostering inclusivity and collaboration.
Requirements
- Leads the execution and accuracy of US, Puerto Rico and Canada disbursements
- Manages and develops payroll processing team
- Maintains and updates payroll SOPs
- Collaborate with leadership and various departments
- Maintain and secure confidential records
- Adhere to applicable state, local and federal laws
- Oversee resolution of pay errors
- Oversee ticket resolution timeliness
