Job Description
The Regional Director of EyeCare delivers to the brand’s doctor strategy through leadership/partnership of doctors, supporting the success of the doctor and retail business. The RDE is responsible for the ongoing assessment of performance, and the continuous development of the doctor, and motivation to ensure retention.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry
- 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of results
- OD mentoring experience
- Demonstrated leadership/management skills
- Knowledge of current Optometric technology & practices
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Organization & time management skills
- Knowledge of sound business management practices
