Store Designer

We are looking for a Store Designer who will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct flow of all activities related to the store layout development across the company's brand portfolio, with a specific focus on Optical retail stores for the French market.

Requirements

• Master's degree in architecture or design
• 3/6 years of experience in Store Design or related fields
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Experience working in multinational organizations managing multi-brand portfolios and multicultural stakeholder networks
• Strong project management skills: highly organized, able to handle multiple projects in a matrixed environment
• Result-oriented mindset with strong creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under strict timelines and manage priorities effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with solid interpersonal abilities
• Excellence team-oriented attitude and collaborative working style
• English proficiency is essential; French and Italian are recommended
