Store Manager

The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader who coaches, develops, and inspires the team to deliver great service and achieve sales goals. They create an environment where everyone delivers the Sunglass Hut Experience, leading by example and using critical thinking to execute operational components of the store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience of 2+ years
• Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of store operations
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to use critical thinking
