The Public Institutions for Integration (EPI) seek socio-educators for their pioneering project, Kaolin and Intera Residences, aimed at providing high-quality accompaniment to individuals with autism disorder and intellectual development disorder.
Requirements
- Diploma in social work (HES/ equivalent), Swiss diploma required if foreign diploma not recognized.
- Knowledge of TSA and/or willingness to form in-depth.
- Experience in accompaniment or care of individuals with challenging behaviors and complex situations: a significant asset.
- Strong interest in innovative approaches, research and application of recognized best practices at an international level.
- Strong interest and/or experience in interdisciplinary work.
- High adaptability, team spirit and motivation to contribute to a large-scale project.
- Proficiency in French and standard office tools.
