Job Description
The Social Educator-Trice position at EPI aims to contribute to the well-being and social integration of people with disabilities or difficulties in professional and/or social integration. The role involves developing personalized social and educational support projects, registering educational actions, and accompanying people in their daily lives.
Requirements
- A Swiss diploma in Social Work (HES level), in Specialized Education or deemed equivalent.
- Knowledge of mental disability and/or mental health and/or alcoholism, as well as the willingness to develop knowledge in these areas.
- Previous experience in a similar post with people with autism spectrum disorder (TSA) and/or in the field of alternative communication is a major asset.
- Flexible schedule
- Mastering usual office tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and specific trade tools available within the establishments.
- Mastering the French language.
