Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with commercial policies and is the ambassador of the brand and its values. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the store, animating and unifying the sales team, developing the performance of the store by ensuring high-quality customer service and loyalty actions, and monitoring and analyzing commercial indicators.
