(Senior) Unity XR Developer

We're looking for a (Senior) Unity XR Developer to build high-fidelity Mixed Reality applications on Meta Quest 3. Your work will power immersive simulations and “wow” demos that make complex greenhouse operations, robotics, and real-time systems understandable at a glance.

Requirements

• 0–5 years professional experience building with Unity + C#
• Hands-on experience shipping VR/MR applications, ideally on Meta Quest
• Familiarity with OpenXR / Meta XR SDK and common XR interaction patterns
• Strong grasp of 3D fundamentals (coordinate systems, transforms, cameras, lighting, basic math)
• Experience with performance profiling/optimization on device
• Solid engineering hygiene: Git, debugging, clean code, iterative delivery
