Prevention Advisor

As a Prevention Advisor, you will develop, coordinate, and follow up on the prevention policy within Etex, ensuring optimal workplace safety and well-being. You will be the point of contact for employees, management, and external partners on safety, ergonomics, and psychosocial well-being.

Requirements

• Diploma in Prevention Advisory level 2 (or prepared to obtain it)
• Theoretical knowledge of well-being legislation and practical experience
• Persuasive power to engage and sensitize colleagues on safety
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented
• Accurate, discreet, and honest
• Familiar with digital registration tools and reporting
