- Participate in corporate sponsored marketing and training programs.
- Educate customers on Ethan Allen's finance options.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of the design center's portfolio.
- Utilize corporate systems and technology to maximize efficiency.
- Work cooperatively to maintain a neat and orderly design center.
- Develop business plans and marketing strategies to further market reach and exceed written goals.
