Requirements

• Degree or equivalent working experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years in a leadership or management role with autonomy over operations, formal responsibility for people management; ideally in a veterinary or healthcare environment
• Strong financial and operational acumen with proven success in managing KPIs and driving performance
• Exceptional communicator, leading with transparency, integrity, and empathy
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and results
