Occupational Therapist Home Health

Occupational Therapist completes patient assessments, develops care plans, and provides therapy to support patients in home health and continuum of care.

Requirements

• 1 Year Home Health Experience
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist
• State OT License
• Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
• Valid driver’s license
