Head of Growth, Japan (Series C HealthTech)

Eucalyptus is a HealthTech company that aims to make good health last a lifetime. They are looking for a Head of Growth to join their team in Tokyo, Japan, to scale one of their successful brands in a dynamic, high-growth market. The role requires a Swiss Army knife marketing operator with broad, hands-on experience across all facets of marketing and business building in the Japan market.

Requirements

• 7+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce
• Local market understanding, familiarity with Japan's digital healthcare landscape is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
• Team & budget leadership experience
• Analytical strength, skilled in using data to diagnose performance and develop insights
• Creative acumen, confident in reviewing creative work and understanding what drives engagement
• Operational excellence, comfortable leading multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
