Patient Operations Specialist, Japan (Series C HealthTech)

Eucalyptus is seeking a Patient Operations Specialist to join their team in Japan. The role involves resolving patient issues, delivering high-quality care, and collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other teams to provide outstanding support to patients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Telehealth or healthcare support, customer service, tech support or other problem solving roles
• Strong Japanese & English written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with technology and customer service tools such as Zendesk, Zoom Phone, or LINE
