Job Description
Eucalyptus is a digital healthcare company focused on addressing global healthcare challenges through technology and design. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to join their high-performing engineering team, building scalable AI-powered features for a multi-brand platform. The role involves designing, building, and shipping customer-facing LLM-powered features, integrating with LLM APIs, and leading AI adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- Short-term (first 5 months): design, build, and ship at least one customer-facing LLM-powered feature end-to-end.
- Long-term: enable engineering teams to independently deliver LLM features by providing infrastructure, tooling, and best practices.
- Strong full-stack engineering track record (Typescript, Go/Node, GCP, distributed systems).
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience building LLM-powered features in production.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG patterns, and other common LLM integration frameworks.
