We're looking for a Talent Partner to join our International & Expansion Talent team, responsible for hiring for growth teams across multiple markets, building pipelines from scratch, and consistently landing high-calibre talent.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of in-house recruiting experience
- Strong outbound sourcing instincts
- Experience hiring across multiple roles, teams, or markets at pace
- Solid understanding of hiring funnels, ATS workflows, and process movement without dropping quality
- Analytical nouse: reading pipeline data and focusing to improve conversion
- A genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can make sourcing, screening, and coordination faster and smarter
- Strong stakeholder management: aligning, pushing back, and keeping hiring managers moving
- Clear, compelling communication: from outreach to offer
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus
