Chief Program Delivery Officer

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Chief Program Delivery Officer (CPDO) at the Eugene Family YMCA intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined and leads the operational excellence, quality, and performance of all Y program areas.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in human services, social services, recreation, business; or equivalent years of education, trainings, certifications, workshops or other forms of learning in a related field
• At least 6-1/2 years of directly relevant program oversight, compliance, or complex project management
• At least two years of previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Previous executive-level leadership experience with strategic program delivery, promotion, budgeting, forecasting, program evaluation and reporting
