Job Description
The Facilities Attendant position at the Eugene Family YMCA is a part-time, non-exempt role that supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization. The Facilities Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by completing daily duties and assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Must be age 18 or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience as a janitor or custodian for a large publicly-facing facility (like a gym, health club, hospital, school district or university)
- Bilingual conversational skills (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience working at a YMCA
