Requirements
- Proficiency in French (oral and written) at a common or bilingual level
- Good level of English
- At least one year of experience in customer service, ideally in technical support
- Problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with connected environments (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, music streaming)
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac
