Requirements
- Fluency in French and excellent communication skills in English
- Experience within Customer Service (preferably in a call center environment)
- Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
- Strong in phone calls, email writing
- Great organizational skills, time management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suite tools
