Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing (FH/HF/BSc) with additional training in pediatric intensive care or the willingness to participate in this training
- At least 6 months of experience in neonatology
- Very good German language skills (C1 level)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, independent, and team-oriented behavior, even under stress
