• A valid medical license and certification to practice in Norway
• Experience in patient care
• Telemedicine skills (if you don’t have experience, we provide training!)
• Proficiency in digital tools (preferred)
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Communication skills in English and/or Spanish
