Requirements

- Identify new business opportunities, gain new customers, and build a strong network
- Conduct qualified first meetings, analyze needs, and develop solution approaches
- Strategically position portfolio in the market and present companies with tailored concepts
- Develop existing customer relationships and recognize potential in key accounts
- Structure, optimize, and professionalize sales processes and create scalable workflows
- Develop sales strategy, define clear goals, and steer implementation transparently and data-based
- Lead the sales team professionally, coach colleagues, and strengthen a performance-oriented sales culture
- Commercial training or business administration degree with a focus on sales
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the explainable service environment
- First management experience or clear ambition to take on a leadership role
- Excellent German and English skills
