Job Description
Application Support Analyst role provides production and test environment support, resolves incidents, and improves existing methods and tools. The role requires technical expertise, coding skills, and ability to work autonomously. Experience in Linux, Java, Kafka, and OpenShift is advantageous.
Requirements
- Application support experience on Linux platform
- Ability to write SQL statements and shell scripts
- Java, Kafka, and OpenShift experience advantageous
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
