Job Description
Back Office Specialist- FundSettle (Asset Servicing) role in Malaysia Operations to perform tasks related to Funds subscriptions, redemptions, & transfers, and dividend process for clients, interacting with transfer agents and teams globally.
Requirements
- University Degree holder
- 1-year solid Banking / Fund House Operations experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written& oral), Mandarin is a definite advantage
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Attention to details is key
- Ability to multi-task with high quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive mindset with problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Funds business and/or Commercial experience is a plus
