Job Description
This Design/Development Expert role involves translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and delivering robust applications. The role requires expert guidance, proactive problem-solving, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment. The team works with the Application Asset Management (CMDB) and ensures a smooth workflow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing solutions in distributed environments
- Strong expertise in database modeling, optimization, and SQL Server querying
- Proven experience developing with Microsoft technologies (C#)
- Familiarity with APIs and cloud-based architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
- Experience in incident and change management
- Ability to mentor and develop design skills within the team
- Resilience under pressure and a proactive mindset
