Job Description
The Corporate Actions Team is at the forefront of the financial industry, responsible for gathering market data and processing both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across a broad range of asset types. The team operates cross-regionally, offering exposure to diverse processes and a unique opportunity to explore the corporate world.
Requirements
- Collecting information received via email or SWIFT from agents, depositaries, and trustees.
- Analyzing the received information and advising clients via DACE notifications.
- Negotiating with agents to obtain event setups that best suit our clients' needs.
- Maintaining regular contact with agents, depositories, trustees, and Client Service representatives.
