Programme Test Manager

We are looking for a Programme Test Manager to join the Testing community of GBS to manage extensive testing activities/operations, direct several test leaders and a large number of software testers, and ensure transformation to modern quality engineering practices.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience working in Testing, including senior test or quality leadership roles
• Strong test management experience handling cross-functional, multi-platform programmes requiring coordination of a large number of teams
• Solid knowledge of modern testing and quality engineering approaches, such as Test automation strategies, Behaviour-Driven Development, Shift-left and continuous testing practices, and use of AI-assisted testing and test intelligence
• Ability to define and drive test strategies that combine traditional and modern testing techniques, adapted to large-scale, complex environments
• Very good analysis and investigation skills; ability to break down complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions
• Proven experience in effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities while maintaining overall control and transparency
• Experience with offshoring and distributed teams
• Good business knowledge of any Euroclear business domain is a strong asset
• Fluent in English (both written and oral)
• Able to learn quickly in a complex environment and synthesise situations effectively
• Assertive and able to drive tasks to completion
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening) at all levels, from staff members to senior management
• Strong leadership skills in complex, large-scale programmes
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills across different levels of management
