Job Description
Euroclear is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive agile delivery and foster high-performing teams. The role involves leading Scrum teams, focusing on sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, as well as project planning and overseeing business and technical aspects. The position requires experience in traditional waterfall, agile, and people leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in wholesale financial markets, ideally with knowledge of UK equities or bond settlement.
- Demonstrated success in managing hybrid and offshore teams.
- Certified Scrum Master with a strong track record of delivering change through Agile practices.
- Experience leading medium to large-scale projects across the full lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification in a recognized project management framework (e.g. Prince2, PMI) is highly desirable.
