Job Description
Eliassen Group is looking for a talented Agile Scrum Master to help drive product development teams to higher levels of Agile maturity. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and moderate to expert-level knowledge of Atlassian tools.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years as a Scrum Master
- Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development
- Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
- Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
- Understand backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, task definition, and techniques for customizing the Scrum approach
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and development practices
- Moderate to expert-level knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Agile, Confluence) supporting the Scrum Methodology
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM and/or PMI-ACP) required
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience required
