Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in an organization newly introducing or transforming agile methods
- Passion for working with agile teams
- Ability to provide structure and orientation in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of Scrum and other agile practices
- Ability to apply agile practices contextually
