Scrum Master

Ardent is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Washington, D.C. to support Agile delivery for a Department of Homeland Security program. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide Agile teams in a mission-focused federal environment.

Requirements

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with SAFe.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing blockers for Agile teams.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
