Job Description
The General Management Traineeship is a two-year program that aims to develop future leaders in Eurofins, a fast-growing company in Europe. The trainees will take on operational, commercial, and financial responsibility, and will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including Business Development and Operations.
Requirements
- MSc graduate
- Academic background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Technical Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- Fluent command of Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong empathy and reflective ability
- Not afraid to take on challenges
