As a Continual Improvement Engineer in Training, you will be tasked with managing various projects to participate in the development of the activity, including cost optimization, maintenance system support, and continuous improvement. You will provide methodological support to teams by mobilizing Lean tools and contribute to the development, structuring, and follow-up of laboratory maintenance systems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a General Engineering School with a specialization in industrial engineering or process engineering
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies, problem-solving, and Lean management
• Team spirit, pragmatism, sense of commitment, and curiosity
• Proactive and enjoy finding solutions yourself
• Versatile and enjoy switching from one topic to another
• Interest in technical subjects (level 1 maintenance, manual work, DIY...)
