Job Description
Perform analytical techniques, supervise stages, train new professionals, and follow company procedures with critical analysis of results, meeting deadlines, maintaining organization, and ensuring the safety and integrity of everyone.
Requirements
- Perform and supervise various analytical stages
- Train new professionals
- Include evaluated results, repetitions, and additional analyses in the Lims system
- Request material purchases for the laboratory in the system
- Assist in sending materials for calibration
- Follow and guide Assistants, Auxiliaries, and Interns
- Review and create new documents in the Quality Management System
- Participate in supervised validations related to analytical stages
- Communicate with the registration area regarding samples in processing
- Assist in checking analytical results/critical analyses
- Perform proficiency tests
- Communicate any problems in the laboratory routine to the Senior Analyst or Coordination
- Organize the laboratory for material preparation
- Communicate the need for materials and corrective and preventive equipment maintenance to the Senior Analyst or Coordination
- Archive documents according to quality training
- Segregate and discard waste
