Shipping Clerk

Role Overview

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming materials in support of daily operations. This role ensures accurate handling, organization, and tracking of inventory to support timely order fulfillment and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Manage the shipping and receiving of all products, materials, and supplies; assemble and prepare collection kits for delivery; coordinate loading and unloading of goods; inspect incoming shipments; and troubleshoot shipping issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory handling, or material storage
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, shipping manifests, and packing lists
• Proficiency with relevant computer systems, shipping platforms, and basic data entry
• Ability to operate power tools and/or hand tools safely
• Completion of HIPAA training or ability to complete training upon hire
