Job description
The Shipping & Receiving Assistant is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming materials in support of daily operations. This role ensures accurate handling, organization, and tracking of inventory to support timely order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
Manage the shipping and receiving of all products, materials, and supplies; assemble and prepare various collection kit types for delivery; coordinate loading and unloading of goods; inspect incoming shipments; and troubleshoot shipping issues.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and a collaborative team spirit.
