Job Description
We are seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) in Sample Preparation to strengthen our dynamic team at Eurofins Environment West GmbH in Wesseling. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of customer samples, ensuring good information exchange between team members and other departments, and improving processes to enhance punctuality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and motivating teams, preferably in a comparable position
- Ability to work in a 2-shift system (early shift: 6am, second shift max. to 10pm)
- Organizational skills to quickly and effectively solve complex problems and make well-founded decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of German in word and writing
