The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while also assisting with general office coordination.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelorās degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of HR, or administrative experience, preferably in an HR or office environment
- Familiarity with HR practices, confidentiality standards, and basic employment laws.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
