Associate Accounts Payable

The Associate Accounts Payable role involves processing daily accounts payable and receivable activities, acting as a business partner with the sales team, and overseeing month-end close. The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding of the purchase and invoicing process, knowledge of finance ERP solution(s), and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the purchase and invoicing process
• Knowledge of Finance ERP solution(s) and reporting tools
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
• High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Eye for detail, accuracy and speed of data entry are imperative
• Excellent organizational skills and follow through
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
