Within the IT & Cybersecurity department, we are seeking a skilled IT Senior Analyst with a strong background in systems, network and backup infrastructures, as well as cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and will provide technical expertise for the design, implementation, maintenance and review of secure IT environments.

Requirements

• Provide advanced technical support for network, systems, backup and security infrastructures, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, network devices, systems and backup solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle and obsolescence of infrastructure components, ensuring systems remain up to date and secure.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 security standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and group-level stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Perform risk analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of security policies, procedures and controls.
• Document configurations, processes and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
