Join us as an Operation project, quality and transformation, Senior Associate and lead strategic projects across different teams, analysing and improving processes to ensure efficiency and risk reduction.
Requirements
- Experience in leading strategic projects and transversal activities within the financial markets industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across different business functions
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Effective communication skills, able to present complex information clearly
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
