Job Description
The European Medicines Agency is looking for a trainee in the Talent Development Office to support a project focusing on digital learning solutions. The trainee will gain experience in HR strategy and talent development planning, develop skills in learning design, and apply academic knowledge to real organisational challenges.
Requirements
- Full rights as a citizen of a European Union Member State or Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway
- University degree (minimum of three years or more)
- Thorough knowledge of English (at least level C1) and good knowledge of other official EU language (at least B2)
- Interest in human resources, talent development and learning innovation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
