Job Description
Earth Observation Ground Segment and Data Manager in the ESA and Third-Party Missions Ground Segment Section. Responsible for onboarding new EO missions and managing data generation and management operations for one or more EO missions. Ensure proactive monitoring of industrial engineering activities and maintenance of management, technical, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management for EO data generation and management systems
- Solid system-level knowledge of data generation and management systems for EO missions
- Proven experience in key technical domains, such as mission planning and data processing, of EO data generation and management systems throughout the entire mission life cycle, with a particular focus on operations
- Experience in technical project management
- Knowledge of procurement processes
