Policy Officer

The Policy Officer will be responsible for managing institutional relations between the European Space Agency (ESA) and Member States, including coordinating responses to requests, providing strategic briefings, and monitoring Member State participation and financial trends. The role will also involve contributing to Council and Board activities, running protocol activities, and completing ad hoc analyses and studies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant domain
• 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly developed diplomatic awareness and political sensitivity
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Capacity to work effectively in a team environment
• Sound judgment, tact, and discretion
