Senior Electrical Engineer

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Eurosort, you will design electrical systems for advanced sorting machines used worldwide in logistics and automation. You will work on complex systems, make technical decisions, and ensure everything complies with required standards and regulations. You will also guide, support, and review junior and medior engineers in their work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s level of working and thinking in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine building or industrial automation
• Proven experience with complex electrical projects
• Solid knowledge of the Machinery Directive and relevant standards
• Experience with risk assessments and determining PL/SIL levels
• Advanced to expert knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and industrial networks
• Good command of both Dutch and English
• Strong analytical skills and decisiveness
• Experience in guiding and coaching engineers
