Job Description
The Controller - Staff Costs & Data is responsible for leading the forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses of the Group, supporting strategic decision-making in terms of performance and capital management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance or controlling
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar function
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Comfortable with numbers and reporting tools
- Strong analytical expertise and solution-oriented towards internal teams
- MS Office package (especially Excel) skills
